Vegan
This is a range of recipes that are vegan, with a range of breakfast, lunch, dinner and sides that are
both different to the usual and nutritionally balanced. I have tried to make them easy to make and
from ingredients that are readily available, and not too expensive. I’m sure that once you try some of
them you will have some favorites that you will keep coming back to and will continue to use for a
long time to come.
Also, it is easy to swap out some of the ingredients if you are not keen on certain items and replace
it for others.
